Mindful Leadership
Burnout is a structural epidemic in the nonprofit sector. I combine lived experience as a nonprofit co-founder and ED, my own recovery from leadership burnout, and 13 years as a mindfulness practitioner and teacher — to help nonprofit leaders both prevent and recover from burnout.
Grant Writing
I bring a 50% win rate and over $5 million secured for the nonprofit I co-founded — with a first career in PR and communications that taught me how to tell a compelling story under pressure. I specialise in mental health and wellness organizations, but I am open to all missions. I write grants the way good journalism works: clear, human, and hard to ignore.
Mindful Wellbeing
I'm a mindfulness practitioner and teacher, breakdown survivor, caregiver and volunteer with Hospice of the Valley. I offer mindfulness facilitation for individuals, groups, and organizations — and secular/spiritual accompaniment for people navigating transition, loss, or uncertainty.
