Mindfulness and Wellbeing

This work is rooted in one thing: being genuinely present with another person, or a group, without an agenda.

For individuals:

​

  • One-to-one presence and spiritual/secular accompaniment — for people navigating loss, illness, life transitions, or uncertainty

  • Mindfulness coaching and practice support

  • End of life support and grief accompaniment 

  • Open to all spiritual or secular needs.

For groups and organizations:

​

  • Mindfulness facilitation — workshops, ongoing sessions, or one-off events​

What this is not:
It's not therapy, religious instruction or a watered down version of presence. It's about having a human being sitting with you, paying full attention and accompanying you to help you find your own ground.
